The Human Resources Department strives to provide effective personnel services through the development, implementation, and equitable administration of policies and procedures; recruit qualified personnel; maintain a well-trained work force; and foster productivity, innovation, and a climate of success in the workplace.

The Department recruits new employees and works to retain existing employees, maintains personnel records, coordinates employee benefits and enforces personnel policies.
